Guide : They are the people who show around and provide memorable experiences to guests.
Service Provider : They are the activity providers. For e.g. Cooking class, Scube diving, etc
Agent : They are booking agents who does booking on behalf of their Guest. For e.g. Hotel Travel desk, Tour Operators.
Download and install the application "LIBE Biz" from Google Play store.
After the splash screen, you would get this Login Screen. Here, if you are a registered user you can login with user credentials OR go to the screen bottom, you find a section "Are you a Service Provider or Guide". Click that section and you would be redirected to Guide registration page.
2This screen shows the Guide registration page wherein you need to fill in all the information and submit it. Your registration would go for Admin approval and once it gets approved, you will receive an email confirmation, after which you can login to the application using your email address and password entered at the time of registration.
3After login you will see this screen which lists all activities present on that Date. To see the detailed view of an activity, press on that.
4Pressing the breadcrump on the top left corner of the previous screen will show this screen which allows you to easily navigate to various menus within the application.
5This screen shows the detailed view of an activity which includes the price information, seat availablity, etc. On the top right corner of the screen, there is a "Book Tour" button which on pressing will take you to tour booking page.
6This is the tour booking page wherein the activity date and time is displayed and you can enter rest of the information like number of people you want to book, name, email, etc. After that press the "Book Tour" button and your booking is sent to Service Provider for acceptance.
7Once the Service Provider accepts your booking, you will receive a Push Notification and will be able to see this screen wherein there will be a button "Proceed to Payment", pressing on which will take you to payment detail screen.
8This screen shows the activity information and the total amount that need to be paid. Here, you can either press on "Make Payment" button to make the payment OR press on "Cancel Activity" button to cancel the activity. On pressing "Make Payment", you need to enter your card information to make the payment.
9Once the payment is made, you see this screen of payment confirmation and an email would be sent across. Also, there would be an automated message with booking reference number in the Messenger chat with which you will an option to chat with your Service Provider.
10This screen is an calendrical list view of all the activities present on each date you choose.
11On the right bottom of this screen, there is a button "Switch as Provider". Pressing it will lists all the activities that you have added. If you are logging in for the first time, the page would be blank with no activities listed.
12Pressing the breadcrump on the top left corner of previous screen will show this screen which allows you to easily navigate to various menus within the application.
13From the previous screen, if you press "Add Activity", you will be shown this screen wherein you can add your own activity. Once that's done, the new activity added would be listed under "My Activities" section and would be shown across the application.
14If a Customer or Agent does a booking for your activity, you would receive a push notification and the activity would be listed (like in this screen) for acceptance. Once accepted, it would be notified to Customer or Agent for them to make the payment.
15Once the payment is done, you will get a push notification and the details would be shown as in this screen. From here, provision is provided for you to chat with the Customer or Agent who booked the activity.
16Pressing on any activity would take you to the activity detail page like this screen. Here, you can view and modify any activity information, and make the activity Active or Inactive by toggling the button on top right corner. Also, if you want to replicate the same activity in a new name, there is provision provided on the top left named "Copy Activity", pressing on which a copy can be created.
17By pressing "My Availability" at the screen bottom, you will be shown a present month Calendar in which you can mark the days that you are not available or on an Holiday. After marking the days, press on the "Save Holidays" button and Customer or Agent cannot request a booking on all those days.
18By pressing "My Connects" at the screen bottom, you will be able to see all the Guide booking request that have come to you wherein you have the option to Confirm or Decline them.

This is a Search screen for Guide wherein you can enter the Date that you are looking for a Guide, Languages that he/she should know and Speciality (if any, like he/she should know driving, etc). After entering those information, press on the Search icon.
12This screen lists all the Guides that meets your requirement with their name, rate, etc. Pressing the "Book Now" will send a booking request to that particular Guide. Once the Guide accepts the request, you will receive a push notification and can make the payment. Once the payment is made, there will be an option to chat with the Guide using the Messenger.

After the splash screen, you would get this screen wherein you can either press "Find Nearest Location" and it will automatically grab your location or select your location manually.
2After the location is stored, you will see this screen which list of all activities present on that Date in that location.
